Does Lara Dental Prime offer payment plans?YES! We offer payment plans to all our patients. Payment plans allow you to get the dental treatment you need now and defer payment for a later date. Lara Dental Prime offer Afterpay, National Dental Plan (Humm), or Zip pay. We are also partnered with Smile.com.au and accept all insurance companies. Our receptionist staff can assist you if needed.

What are your opening hours?We are open from Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM. On Saturday we are open 9 AM to 5 PM on. Please be mindful that hours may differ on public holidays.

Do you offer walk-in appointments?Yes, during most days Lara Dental Prime will try our best to accommodate emergency patients for walk in appointments. In most cases there may be a small wait required. This being said, we reserve several emergency slots per day so we recommend you to call our dental practice in lara to book an appointment and avoid long waits.

How can I claim benefits through my Private Health Insurance?Lara Dental Prime uses a HICAPS machine to process claims from private health insurance companies. As long as your insurance covers dental benefits, all you need to do is bring your insurance card which we can swipe on the spot to process same day claims. Our reception staff are well trained and will be able to help you during claims processing. If you have any questions regarding your level of cover, please contact your insurance provider.

Do you accept private health funds?Yes, Lara Dental Prime accept all private health funds. We are also preferred providers for HCF, NIB, and CBHS.
